Learn the hottest functional training method in the fitness industry today from brother firefighters who are also RKC certified instructors. Hard style is not for everybody, but it is perfect for firefighters. Our goal is to share what we have learned and help you become stronger.

The life we save may be our own. Instructors are donating their time; all proceeds will be donated to charities that benefit firefighters or help kids stay fit.

Our first seminar held on February 7 and 8 in Bridgeport CT was a tremendous success. Check back for information about future training opportunities and competitions.

March Seminar - Register Now!

Hi All:

It's been just about a year since we held the first annual RKC Fire Pro Kettlebell Seminar. The goal was to provide world class training in what is arguably the most effective and efficient physical training system available today. RKC Hard Style Kettlebell Training.

This system is uniquely appropriate for emergency responders because it destroys fat, builds incredible core strength, and tremendously improves VO2 max - your bodies ability to use oxygen efficiently. Improved total body strength, flexibility, and a hard toned physique are the by products of the short, intense kettle bell training sessions.

Our first seminar was rated 10 out of 10!

"This seminar was perfect - don't change a thing!"

- 2 of our seminar participants have gone on to receive RKC certification!
Congrats to Wendy Pond RKC and Dr. Matt Leonard RKC!

One participant has lost over 45 lbs, another lost over 30 lbs. Both have stated numerous times that they are in the best shape of their lives - and both swear that Hard Style Kettlebell training is the reason!

These results are typical

The one consistent variable is this - hard style Kettlebell changes the way you move - you will become more stable, more flexible, and more powerful.

If you train hard you will lose weight and drastically improve your cardiovascular fitness.

Our first seminar attendees ranged in age from 13 through 68. In 2 days of intense training we had NO injuries! This is a testimony to the high level of instruction and the rigid training methodology.

You will learn perfect and train perfect. We will give you all the tools you need to change the way you move - what you do with that is up to you.

Zar and Charles will be back, Tom and John are trying to clear their calender. Space is limited. Saturday and Sunday - March 20 and 21.

Early Bird Registration - SAVE $100 - Register on or before February 21st.

Students will be placed in Day 2 basic or advanced class based on team leader evaluations. Our goal is to learn perfect - practice perfect - train perfect. Do what you can perfectly. Nobody gets hurt - everybody goes home safe.

After our first seminar there were many regrets - none voice by attendees, all of them voiced by people who wished they had attended. Registration is limited. This seminar is sure to fill up quickly - Don't miss your chance!

The cost is crazy low - Similar training opportunities cost 3 or 4 times as much.

Check it out for yourself - Google search what others charge - RKC and HKC seminars - excellent seminars and worth every penny - none come close to our price. Why so cheap?

We are not in this for the cash - we are not looking to make a profit - as a matter of fact - we donate much of our profit to charity. Our goal is to share what we have learned. By keeping the price low we eliminate excuses -

Lives depend on the work we do

- Emergency Responders are Professional Athletes! High pressure, high intensity performance expectations in a time sensitive arena where lives hang in the balance.

If we are expected to perform on the level of a professional athlete we need to train like one!

New Year has come and gone - if your fitness resolution is taking you where you want to go then God Bless - if not - consider this your second chance ...

Stay safe,

Captain
